Had time during my workday and decided to let my gainer and type-A parts of my personality play for a bit and went through my gainer email when I first joined Grommr. Below are a few insights; maybe they match your if you like-minded.

What's your weekly workout routine?

I'd like compare what other gainers are managing as I get back into the swing of strength training.

Next week will suck as I get back into the swing of working out but see how close I am to 200lbs as my starting base has me very hopeful and excited. Really want to get my chest firmer and see if I can tip over to 215 by the fall.
