His other genius notion - entrepreneurial this time - was to supplant the Atlantic slave trade of Africans with Indigenous peoples of (what we now call) the Americas. He didn't get very far with that as a "trade" per se, but he nailed the genocide part.

I think that would be great policy, actually. A lot of racists will die by glassing (and their executioners will most often be "white", so it's friendly-fire!).
