Accountability is crucial to growth. I don’t expect them to be perfect, I do expect them to show that they learn from their mistakes. Nothing in their actions(or words) show me that they’ve learnt anything.

It’s not the results that will turn fans away. It’s the fact that this ownership group and their GM act as if they are above accountability. Chipman never speaks to local media, and Chevy just gives BS non answers. Many fans are tired of it.
