I have deep set, hooded eyes so false eyelashes are a pain but I'm going to try a new type that goes under your lash line instead of over fingers crossed it works!

Honestly as somebody with BPD, the gym has become a place to express my true anger and actually see positive results from that. It also fixed my sleep schedule and stopped me rotting in bed all day.

For anyone getting into makeup I recommend using BB cream as your first foundation. It evens out any pigments in your skin and reduces the redness around spots. It also doesn't come off easily and you can touch your face without getting it everywhere

Everyone online says that weight lifting and squatting is the way to grow glutes in the gym, but I've gotten better results from going uphill on a treadmill & rowing for 1-2hrs a day.

My advice for people getting their first tattoo is ignore everyone when it comes to numbing cream. All my tats came out fine when using it just make sure your artist is aware.
