Made a recipe I make a lot. It has Asian flavors. Sorry grain rice cooked in chicken broth with a little bit of dashi, broccoli, and salmon marinated in teriyaki. All cooked in the microwave in special cookware. It was extra good tonight. It came out perfect. 🍽️

It's not terrible. A Snickers bar has 32g of carbs, but the Barebells bar I want has only 18g carbs. The 3g of fiber knocks it down to 15g. But my point is that if you're going to eat a candy bar, it may as well have 20g of protein & 3g of fiber.

Samedi gazing at me adoringly. He’s so sweet, tender & loving to me but kind of a dick to my other pets. This is the boy that gives me nightly purr therapy. If he doesn’t get his mommy & me time he’ll mope & kitty rage 😤

Someone posted a meme about missing a certain brand of breakfast cereal that I'd never heard of. It reminded me that I miss a totally junk cereal from the 60s & 70s called QUISP. That & Cap'n Crunch were my favorites. I just read that they brought it back... AGAIN. Gonna look for it.

Someone posted a meme about missing a certain brand of breakfast cereal that I'd never heard of. It reminded me that I miss a totally junk cereal from the 60s & 70s called QUISP. That & Cap'n Crunch were my favorites. I just read that they brought it back... AGAIN. Gonna look for it.

It was a cooler day today. Still muggy. Then the wind came up & ripped the storm door out of my hands. Now it’s rainy, but we’ve been getting lightning for hours. Sweet night. Enjoying the cool air blowing in.

I ordered this “between knee” pillow & it came today. It has a washable cover that zips off & it’s the softest memory foam I’ve ever felt. It was only like $15 or something on Walmart too. It’s not super dinky either cuz the hump part fits over my whole thigh. It even sits nice on my swollen thigh.
