For me Dickens is still relevant. I guess as long as we have poverty, greed, and love, these books will not feel dated. Tale of Two Cities and Bleak House are my favorite.

This morning I turned on the electric heat, made some coffee, put bananas and fresh blueberries on my oatmeal. I started up my dishwasher, and soon I'll be headed out in my car to run errands. That sounds like normal morning, but it really isn't "normal" at all. We're just so used to it.
