These reccomendations were then handed over to the Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen and the Secretary General of the OSCE, Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu in view of the final roadmap to be published later this year.
