I did this too! I like the attention to detail, things like how they built it to approximate the circuit boards inside, including the CMOS battery in the Zelda cartridge

I really like the join on the Switch game design (I mean, it's pretty obvious what it is right?). I didn't intend to have a tree and branches line up like that but it's really satisfying that it did.

November and December have been busy - this took a month to do!
Wish I'd watered the ink for the sky more before applying it, it overpowers the watercolours. Nevermind, it's all fun.

I found blue ink! This was a really quick experiment to see how blue ink and bleach interacted (featuring Megas!)
And fyi, when your art paper runs out, don't skimp on the GSM of the replacement. Especially if you paint with bleach! 😅

I've found that watercolour pencil isn't good at large areas like a sky. Still turned out okay though.

I did this the opposite way around to normal, inking and shading before colouring and bleaching the combination. Not sure it'd always work but did here.

Answer is yes, but it runs and I can't do lighter layers as easily.
It looks cool though. I like the moon effect.
