Yea, there’s so many products that have gluten in it. Makes me sad because I miss eating regular food but body freaks out too much, even with skincare that has gluten 🥲

Hopefully you can find gluten free soy sauce and other nice gluten free foods 🫂

As a gluten sufferer, I understand your pain (been intolerant for 15 yrs now).

Are there gluten free options for soy sauce where you live? Been buying gluten free for yrs now just pricey but not worth the pain.

Yea, I understand that since I had to work all this time too when I should have been resting so my rehab has taken far longer than it should. So trying to have many breaks between my work periods while my wrist is ok 😭

Aww damn, I’m glad you’re feeling better after developing tendonitis but gosh I can’t believe it took that long for your wrist to get back to “normal” 😭🫂 (Even with the tweaks)

Definitely a humbling experience, and I never realised how much of a toll it would have.

If you’re still dealing with unbearable pain after 2-4 weeks even with the wrist support, I’d push to get to looked at again to get a test.

Do not make them give you an injection before the tests (that’s what happened for me and it made things worse)

Definitely try a wrist support at night and gel painkillers with the support during the day if needed. Takes about 2 weeks for pain to ease and up to 3 months for it to “heal”

It’s taken mine double the time to heal since I was still forced to work (joys of self employment).
