Congratulations to Kendall Kellerman on receiving an NIAID F30 award for her MD/PhD studies! The funded project, "Dissecting an IL-4R alpha-dependent neuroimmune circuit in eosinophilic esophagitis," is being mentored by Marc Rothenberg, MD, PhD and Michael Jankowski, PhD.

Eosinophilic esophagitis clinical studies evaluating only symptoms may remove the multiregional requirement, thus expediting trial enrollment and lowering costs, as multiregional eosinophil inflammation did not significantly alter most symptom scores.
