After Nebraskans and the people of District 4 overwhelmingly approved medical cannabis, Brad von Gillern voted against providing patients access to care. Now, the commission in charge of providing access won’t even show up to their public hearings.

It’s a little overcast this morning and the Huskers are playing away, so I’m remembering last Saturday’s Michigan State game at Memorial Stadium.

The weather was amazing, and we were thankful to spend time with family while cheering on the team.. .Go Big Red!

Today, at 9:11am, each of the Omaha Fire Department Stations observed a moment of silence to honor and remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Ours responded to a call just moments beforehand.. .we thank them for their service to our community.
