I wasn't going to post any old art (from my past art life), but this is a #graphite pencil drawing of my basset hound that I still miss even though she's been dead for a lot of years. Oh, back then I signed my art with my maiden name Moon.

This is a practice Quarter horse, after the 'ideal' one that Orren Mixer painted. Lots of different breed associations had him paint their ideal horse. He was incredible.

I was doing portraits that I liked and then did this one. He is stiff as a board. But at least this stiff has interesting light falling across him.
