I’ve been writing letters to Wisconsin voters to encourage them to vote in the upcoming coming Wisconsin Supreme Court election on April 1st. I’ve included a hand stamped postcard to send to another potential voter. I carved the bird & vote stamps & stamped on the postcards using waterbased paint.

Homemade Christmas cookies. Gingerbread men sandwich cookies with dulce de lèche filling, cherry and pistachio shortbread, chocolate chip, and chocolate orange pecan chunk. Donated them to the staff of a local hospital.

Has anyone seen « Conclave », starring Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, Isabella Rossellini & John Lithgow? An ecclesiastical political thriller & surprisingly a meditation about the role of women in the church. A powerful movie. I highly recommend it. Fiennes is going to win his Oscar for this role.
