yeah no they seem(ed) really nice, i was genuinely so excited to get a comm from them and support them!!! i don't want to ascribe ill intention and i'm trying to stay as neutral as possible, but the fact of the matter is they're ghosting people who paid them for one reason or another

that fucking sucks. i was really hoping this wasn't happening to anybody else.

i fucking hate the fact that i need to make this post, i don't want to make a callout or engage in anything resembling drama. but i really can't sit and accept this kind of behavior in the community. whatever the circumstances, you don't ghost people who gave you money.

and let me make it abundantly clear that i do not take issue with them not instantly getting to my art - artists are individuals too and things in life happen. it's that i've tried making sure it's still in their queue multiple times and gotten zero responses for five whole months.

really hate to make this a public post, but *please* check your dms on this platform. i paid for a comm back in august and haven't gotten any response to my attempts at checking that it's something you're keeping track of. it's fine if you're not able to work on it rn, but please just specify if so
