I’m so sorry, Jazzy. I’m sure you’ve heard this, but I promise it’s true. The problem is with them, not you. You are good enough. Parents need to leave their expectations in the hospital and just learn to love and enjoy the child they have.

I’ve spent my day in the car. About 2 more hours to go. Childhood bedroom here I come. Will be celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas with my parents because they don’t drive and we won’t be making the trip again in December.
