I can't find anyone else having discovered this, but in Metal Gear Solid Delta, during the end cutscene in the cemetery, you can press L1 to go into first-person view to see the rest of the graves. Normally they're too blurry to read, but if you turn on Photo Mode it sharpens the picture.

Well that didn't work out so I wound up replacing it. Fingers crossed that this one continues to last! (It's a little too tall)
