Post op recovery going well! I'm stubborn and keep trying to do things on my own but accept help when i get stuck. Been taking walks, enjoying ME time and really trying to just BE. Currently sitting in a park, listening to Wind and Truth. Great afternoon

Forgot it was Halloween weekend and was shocked to see people in stores dressed up. On the plus side, that means that a local bakery was getting in on the festitivies and now I am the owner of a spoopy loaf of bread!
