So very sorry for your loss. The scene in The Queen of Ireland that made me weep uncontrollably was of you, filmed from behind, walking down a path flanked by your lovely mum and dad. So much love and support in one simple, poignant shot. I've never forgotten it. My sympathy to you.

When I moved to Germany in the mid-'90s, the godawful Kelly Family were MASSIVE, like superstar-scale huge. People rang me out of the blue (landline, phone book days) in the hope that I was one of them. Whenever I had to give my surname, people either swooned or sneered. It was a nightmare.
