I don't understand why anyone would think it wasn't airborne, it was clear on day 1.

Reasons for this lie could be...
Money 🤑 💰
You can't go spend money 🤑 if you are scared of the air 🤔
And work in the "mines" to make 💰💰💰 for the guys on top, "let's not spend money on protection use propaganda!"

Why must they grow up?
This was taken on 17 May 2008. My little girl is gone...now an adult, facing life with new challenges. Like the hour hand on a clock, you cannot see it move, but looking back, you realize it never stood still.

Just the ability to take photos/videos and load the photos to a Google drive, so we would need to connect to WiFi. Thank you!

👩‍🏫 Fellow STEM Instructors:
Do you allow or require photo documentation in your labs?

How do you address safety, equity, and data permanence?

Would love to hear how others are blending visual tools with core scientific habits.

🔬 Real-World Tie-In
From #Photo51 to modern lab audits, visual documentation is a cornerstone of scientific research and regulatory compliance.

🔍 Why Photos (videos) Matter
Document setups, procedural steps, and final results
Create a verifiable, reproducible lab record
Strengthen written entries in lab notebooks

4/n This reflects real-world expectations in FDA-regulated and professional labs, where Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are essential.

I emphasize:
“If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen.”

2/n 📱 Camera Options for Students
We say:
1. Use your own phone (𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙠)
2. Bring an old "junk drawer" phone with Wi-Fi—no SIM card needed
3. Check out one of our limited "junk drawer" lab-provided Wi-Fi phones/cameras (looking to bring in a few, do you have one to donate? DM me!)

Do you happen to have a "junk drawer" phone you can donate for a good cause?

In my chemistry labs, students are required to document their experimental work, observations, actions. A Camera is one way to do it!
#photo51

Photo 51 is an iconic X-ray diffraction image of DNA taken by Rosalind Franklin and Raymond Gosling in 1952. This image played a crucial role in the discovery of DNA's double-helix structure, which was later published by James Watson and Francis Crick. While Watson and Crick received the Nobel Prize for their work, Franklin's contribution, including Photo 51, was not fully acknowledged.
