Also looks like OneDrive can interfere with the installer and cause that error code, so disabling that might help

I found a reddit thread where three possible solutions to that error code are
1) run the installer as administrator
2) change the region on the installer
3) install to a different drive
I hope any of these help you!

If you're writing fantasy, put your evil light-skinned elves in a cave and your good dark-skinned elves in the forest. Your hero can still have sex with either group, it's fine.

FFXIV does it with the Wildwood and Duskwight Elezen, and I hate it. D&D does it with some of their dwarves and gnomes (I forget the names) and I hate it. If you're writing fantasy, don't do it!

The Japanese instruction manual might have more pictures, but getting my hands on one means paying $100 for a used CIB game. Which maybe I'll do sometime because I love that game, but probably not anytime soon.

Of course, social anxiety makes actually attempting to organize things tougher. And the previous time I was in a group doing savage content, I was definitely not aligned with the goals of the other people. It's hard to know what's best for me, but perhaps I should make an effort to find a group.
