The "threat" of using Amazon is not the threat you think it is. Go ahead, buy your stuff from there, just don't come crying to me when it breaks on you in 2 months, it's not the quality you wanted or when you need parts & there are none.

When you have to deal with people/situations that are so crazy & stupid that you start to think you're the crazy one. You know you've tried to explain things clearly, but afterwards you're sitting there asking yourself if you're the crazy one. 🤡

Freight companies are just out here scamming people & apparently there's just nothing anyone can do about it. Almost at the point where it'd be less expensive if I got in my own car & drove the package across the country myself instead of using mainstream shipping companies.

One of the joys about working in customer service is that people can get angry at you for not bringing in a product fast enough, but then they can take however long they want to pick it up or decide they don't want it anymore & ghost you forever. Gosh, what a joy! 🙃
