No, the patient will stay under and now will be responsible for the bill for the time overrun..whiiiich is gonna be a LOT of 💰. So it’ll probably rarely be paid in full, and people will go into debt. My guess is they’re trying to get anesthesiologists to lower their prices billed to insurance
