This year, I want to work on some self care. I found the Finch app about a week ago, and it's a cute gamified way toqards self care. I haven't been on super long, but it seems like you can customize goals to what you need.

Oh my goodness. Just got out of seeing Oppenheimer. It was a really great watch and probably should be seen by any scientists doing research.
