Oregon obviously number 1, Georgia is probably 2 (and I don't buy that for a minute.) Boise might be 3 or 4 and then I'd put Arizona State wherever Boise isn't in the top 4. Then you decide where teams like Texas, Notre Dame, OSU, Penn State, Tennessee, SMU, and Indiana belong.
