There will be changes in the next charter round, I’m sure. Overall good, but tweaks were inevitable. I would have gone 8 districts, 2-4 at large. Council president either separate AL or bundled in with the other ALs.

Plus when you do this at a driveway it messes up the visibility for the driver exiting or pulling in.

It’s illegal and not safe to out into oncoming traffic. Nowhere else have I seen this behavior on a regular basis.

What does that mean? 10% below the average regardless of median income? 10% below the avg % of median income needed to rent? 1 BR only? Across housing types? Thanks!

That one is owned by the Laurelhurst Village retirement home. I think decisions in a lot like that are tough to get given the ownership turnover in that industry. Total shame. The building there could be refurbished into excellent workforce housing, e.g. for nurses.

I love watching east coast sports out here in the PNW. Love the Nats and games are done just as I’m about to serve family dinner. Perfect. 🧑🍳😘 9am B10 football, less so.

They say there ‘Portland…got it right’ but don’t explain the differences. Do you know what types of rules exist here that are not in the Seattle plan that are the ‘right’ choices?
