My very first fat washed spirit. 25g bacon fat, 125g bourbon (1:5 ratio by mass). Heating element is on to keep the bacon fat liquid & stir bar is keeping it mixed. Letting it go for 12h before I let the fat settle another 24h before freezing & filtration.

Accidentally ripped the handle off of the cable cross pec fly at the gym. Ended up falling forward the moment it snapped and skinned my knee. 🙁

Version 2.0 of the Stardust Sparkler is a gooooo. This time I let the muddled raspberries oxidize a bit to get a darker color, so it resembles the night sky a bit more. I also added some edible glitter and a bit more botanicals. Next time I'll also use dark rum instead.

When I visited Thailand a couple years ago people were side-eyeing me for wearing nail polish. My Thai friend's v sweet & lovely mom wondered if I was in a delinquent phase. Small children asked if I was a boy or girl.
Turns out nail polish for men is now in vogue in Thailand! I'm so happy. :3

I'm calling it the Stardust Spritz bc it contains numerous compounds found in nebular stardust. Gold rum, raspberries, lemon zest, juniper berry, sweetened with honey.

Welp my pomegranate juice ended up inadvertently fermenting in the fridge. The cap kinda blew off when I opened it for a glass and I can't find it. It's tasting much less sweet, it's rather fizzy, and slightly boozy.

1/ So one of my hobbies is mixology and I decided to come up with a cocktail dedicated to one of my partners. It REALLY catches their vibe: green yet earthy and grounded, with a crisp brightness to their personality. I call it the Sage Mystique and served it to them at their place yesterday!
