Gosh! I've happily ridden the CTA (mostly the L) for almost 30 years, and never thought about this. With a disability, I need to live nearby, and for 20 years had the tracks going right by my building. The sound was so comforting. Also glad to hear it coming so I can get my body ready to board.

Oof. Keep up the good fight! My fabulous sister lives in Indiana (she's an endowed chair of social justice at a college there). Fortunately, she loves coming here.

Excellent. I won't even visit states where I have fewer rights than I have at home.

My great-grandfather, Rob Roy McLean, once told me he "had to emigrate to find a wife" but I never really knew what he meant.

Oof, I'm sorry. (Not for the walk, for the temps). It's unseasonably warm here in Chicago too, but the wind chill is in the 20's, and I had a beautiful, brisk walk by the lake.

Seriously-I haven't seen a 60 Minutes segment in about 20 years, but I sure did watch this one.

Or you want to keep the inscription, but can't take much with you when you move.

Oh, no. I'm so sorry. Every day I'm more astonished at what is for sale in this country.
