アーバスキュラー菌根菌の胞子。
圃場が変われば、胞子の数、多様性にこれだけの違いが現れます。
その主たる原因はリン酸の量。
左側は有効態リン酸が0で、右側は150mg/100g

畑に生えている雑草の根にも菌根菌は共生しています。根ごと引き抜いて捨てるのは勿体ないのです。

アーバスキュラー菌根菌の太い菌糸も見えるが樹枝状体はFREのみ。植物と同様に菌根菌にも季節変化があるのです
