Mercedes Smart car.
My 3 year old Smart is at Smart Lakeside after battery trouble. It broke down on the 17th December. Customer service has been appalling still waiting to hear if they can fix it! It’s only done 9000 miles!
Still paying for PCP finance and insurance for a car I can’t use.
