MOBILE PHONES BANNED IN LIBRARY
Cambridge University has decided to ban the user of mobile telephones in its libraries after complaints that students chatting were disturbing thsoe trying to study.

"The corridors of the library were being used more and more like an extended telephone kiosk" says deputy librarian.

Students haveb een told taht they must switch off their mobiles before entering the library.
