Also, social media has become the main way many consume news. And it is bleak. This feeds into what people post, and they feel the need to consider how a post will fit into their feed. The TL was once a place you could just talk about how much you need coffee but that doesn't feel worthy anymore.

The player count of these full-time job games just goes down as ppl get older, and have kids and the rest of it. I for one just don't have time. I wish new, younger players would want to hop in but they won't unless it's a new game without the multiple hurdles that D2 brings. Not too late...

Not ending D2 at end of Final Shape and piling everything into and announcing a D3 will forever be an error.

The Final Shape was the end of D2 for me, a great ending. It should have been the official ending, plug pulled and D3 worked on by the entire team. Only with D3 will you get new players in, no bloat, clean slate. And that'e when the old guard would come back too.

Great work, and of easily the best tube exit in London. The sights as you walk up those stairs have always given me a buzz anyway.
