Good question! I think a downside of the increased use of AI is student's reliance on it for doing homework or other assignments. #UWJ201 #313

Good question! I think that because of this, thoughts and beliefs can be changes very easily by media. It's important to be thoughtful about what you do and don't consume online. #UWJ201 #313

Hi! I think that while we are exposed to conspiracy theories and false news, our generation is better at identifying it than older ones. #UWJ201 #313

Hi! I think that false news also spikes during times of uncertainty, like during the COVID pandmeic. It was also especially dangerous then because of how little was known about the illness so it was east to believe people. #UWJ201 #313

I think building healthy relationships is the most important thing listed. Humans are made to collaborate and lean on each other. In my experience I've noticed that when I am in the best place with friends and family, I'm my happiest. #UWJ201 #313

I was thinking about this too! I think that the media I engage with that challenges my beliefs I often don't come across intentionally. #UWJ201 #313

I think that often times TV feeds into stereotypes which can lead viewers to be more prejudiced in their day-to-day lives. #UWJ201 #313

I was also wondering about this. I think the focus on the violence has to do with the alarm-patrol hybrid method the media follows and having beats working with local law enforcement. Going to protest leaders before police officers could help while covering protests. #UWJ201 #313

This was super interesting to me too! For me, the ads that stick with me the most are the ones like the "Like a Girl" campaign, I remember the fist time I saw it and it's still stuck with me years later. Ads with catchy slogans and "mascots" have also stuck with me too. #UWJ201 #313

I think that when a brand takes a stance on a social issue some people will be drawn to purchase with them and some will no longer support them, but either way the brand will be talked about which is the ultimate goal, so I think it's beneficial for brands to make a stance. #UWJ201 #313

This is super interesting. Do you think that if the Harris campaign had focused more on an audience that was more uncertain the outcome of the election would have been different? Could the reason they targeted an audience they knew they had be in hopes of more advocacy for the campaign? #UWJ201 #313

Super good question! I think that with increasing digital media, news deserts will have a new meaning. News will be easier to access for those with access to technology, but news deserts will remain in areas with less access to technology. #UWJ201 #313

I think that the use of social media in political campaigns targets younger voters which could cause some divide. #UWJ201 #313

I was wondering the same. In my personal experience I tend to go to a source like the New York Times when looking into a current event, but this is probably because I'm looking into national news more often than local. #UWJ201 #313
