I think they do, but also they probably don’t accept reasonable excuses for not managing all deliveries, so the driver might blame the customer instead. Or it might be a bad driver, but I’m not sure.

Agreed, but I think it’s the culture of the organisation that is at fault, not just the individual. Also, I didn’t know DPD even sent parcels to a post office.
