The world's richest 0.1% took just three days to exhaust their annual carbon budget

The UK’s richest 1% produced more carbon pollution in eight days than the poorest 50% used in a year.

We can't afford the rich - they produce corruption, poverty, environmental degradation; destroy democracy.

So disappointed to see the usual early exit of black and brown contestants in the latest series of The Traitors. It's so painfully obvious but no one seems to reflect on it. Glad at least one person is talking about it in the media. We need a bigger discussion.

People of colour keep leaving Traitors early. We need to talk about why
Yet again, minority ethnic players are being booted off in the early stages of ‘The Traitors’. Micha Frazer-Carroll looks at why this is becoming a bleakly predictable pattern

Another day of scratching my head til it bleeds trying to work out who is controlling this Labour government - today’s preposterous replies to questions on abducting a President to gain control of oil is typical of a party that seemed to pretend they’d never heard of Mamdani when he won in New York

Darren Jones saying repeatedly the Labour Government won't comment on a hypothetical.

It's not hypothetical - Trump is saying very loudly repeatedly what he's done and boasting about it.

And yet the UK Government won't even say it's a breach of international rules. Shameful.

This is disgusting: water companies have been dumping toxic sewage sludge on UK farms. This sludge is polluting our rivers and contaminating the soil that grows our food. We need the government to clamp down on this immediately. Will you join me in signing this petition? act.gp/4kMJRuy
