Some more:

- I'm also good at helping other people problem-solve.
- I'm tall and strong!
- I know how to chop firewood and lay a fire.
- I am silly and can usually lift someone's mood.
- I can read maps.

I met my partner within a month and I am, eight years later, still very happy with him. In part this is because he is someone who encourages people to be who they truly are. (He is also silly, authentic, empathetic and kind - all important characteristics.)

Second go: HI I'M A FEMINIST WHO DOESN'T WANT KIDS AND LOVES PUNS, CHECK OUT MY GREY STREAK.

Quantity of messages went through the floor, quality went through the roof, presumably because I'd scared off a lot of people - but crucially these were people who wouldn't have liked me anyway.

This is based on an accidental discovery I made in 2016 and will also radically speed up the process of finding a partner.

First go at online dating: generic profile. Got lots of dates, but all pretty meh.

Some months later...

N.B. This does not actually refute "What is it like to be a bat?" except in the very specific case that it turns out that many human brains CAN use echoes to navigate.

You can't make an omelette without waking eggs

As I said, there isn't an explanation 🤷🏻‍♀️

(A blandishment is a kind of wobbly dessert and I will not hear any counter-arguments)

If you lived in this town I could have supplied both but alas you continue to refuse my blandishments
