Even his supporters have to be tired of this schtick by now right? It’s ten years of him playing his greatest hits every other fucking day. They have to at least be bored of it by now even if they still in theory like him in theory. How brain dead do you have to be to still find this exciting?

Looks like we lost 7 of them on the actual funding bill.

This may be true but not one democrat voted yes on HR 1014 today to consider the bill for a vote. It passed purely with Republican votes. I guess we’ll see if it holds for HR 7147 which is the vote on the actual funding.

When a disaster hits a red state it’s no one’s fault, but if it’s a blue state, it’s Democratic mismanagement and fiscally irresponsible to help. These people are real pieces of shit.

I ran across this article on Reddit and immediately below it was a ChatGPT ad aimed at students, offering them a free starter month and reminding them that finals are upon us and that they can help. They're not even trying to hide that they're subverting the educational process for a profit.

I'm reminded of a German academic Milton Mayer interviewed after WWII. I use it with my Sophomores when studying how Germans reacted to the rise of the Nazis and the implementation of their policies.
