The app itself is web-based and can be accessed from almost any device including phones and school-controlled devices such as chromebooks and tablets.

This also gives teachers and staff the option to have the site up on the projector to countdown to the end of class (such as for student worktime)

How notable does one need to be to join the list?

Not a company yet, but there are issues on the various ClassClock GitHub repositories and I can do my best to be responsive to comments!
