Why do you act like being in ICE is some sort of restraint on their worst impulses? It's literally a license to be their worst selves! If they did this stuff while not in uniform it's at least someone more likely they would face real consequences.

The hotel literally said it was to discourage homeless people from staying there, and they do not seem to have been removed from the Hilton group! Such a strange thing you're defending.
