Deadlines are listed: panel, workshop, and round-table proposals by August 25, 2025; individual paper abstracts by October 6, 2025; undergraduate poster abstracts by November 17, 2025. Guidelines note that only one abstract per person is allowed, panels require three to six papers, workshops must include audience participation, and round-tables may have up to two leaders. The call emphasizes fresh ideas, broad interest, and inclusivity.
