Let’s not forget that Trump created this situation by pulling out of the Obama negotiated nuclear agreement with Iran. He didn’t replace it and Iran upped its enrichment

Why is the American press not headlining the fact that the Iranian foreign minister is meeting with Putin tomorrow to coordinate a response. It’s the top news in the rest of the world following the news of the bombing

So he was going to end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza in 24 hours. Wars that would never have started if he were president. And no war would start when he was president because everyone would be too afraid of him.
Can his followers please admit the bullshit he’s been shoveling out!

The China deal is NOT a win. Trump backed down from an unsustainable position that he created and the situation now is worse for both countries than the previous trading regime. It’s as if Trump set the house on fire and then celebrates because he put out the flames just in the kitchen

So all the turmoil and chaos were for nothing. Trump is backing down on China, has paused the tariffs on other countries, is ready to back out of peace making in Ukraine. All because it was really just meant to distract us while his minions dismantle the government and take away our rights

Update: The House just passed the Republican voter suppression measure that threatens voting access for millions of Americans, including 69 million women whose married names don't match their birth certificates.

Make sure your senators know you expect them to stand against it.
Are you a woman who changed your name when you got married?

Congress is considering a bill that could make it much harder for you to vote.

Call your rep—this is not a drill. indivisible.org/resource/cal...

we went from "we're going to start mass deporting w/ ICE" to "we're going to send illegals not to their country of origin but to concentration camps in el salvador" to now "we're maybe going to send US citizens to concentration camps outside of the US" in just a few weeks

'greatest country' btw
REPORTER: Over the weekend the president said he would be willing to have US citizens deported to El Salvador. How would that work legally?

LEAVITT: These would be heinous, violent criminals. These are violent repeat offenders. It is an idea he has simply floated.

I just want to remind anyone cheering the idea of Trump ignoring court orders, that expanded powers for the executive branch will apply to future democratic governments

My father was 18 and studying in Rome when Mussolini came to power and my dad loved him. Even decades later he couldn’t admit Mussolini was bad. Trump supporters will defend him no matter how bad things will get. It will all be someone else’s fault

I cannot think of a better metaphor for America right now than the Washington Post's mission statement changing from “Democracy Dies in Darkness” to “Riveting Storytelling for All of America.”

Borrowed from a friend because it speaks a million truths. Btw, if democrats can control the weather, like we did when we caused the hurricane in North Carolina, why wouldn’t we make it rain on California now?

Starbucks has ended its open door policy and that has ignited discussions about public restrooms in the United States. I have never seen a public bathroom that is not in a business in the US outside of a school. Do they even exist?
