I believe we removed 0.15mi and added 2.1mi w flex posts & 0 w concrete. Not good but not as bad as initially presented. Also, CHYM didn’t start earning $ until Feb and first drawdown this summer so it’s not been a full year. However, your sentiment that we need to build better and faster is valid.

Last Friday already, I was told I couldn’t bike on street or sidewalk on 1st Ave between Broadway and Church. No bike or pedestrian access allowed until after CMAs.
