Also, the speculation of the chips true value here, also allow NVidia to claim that there chips are worth (for ex.) $5000 USD a piece and then sell them at a discount to OpenAI for $4000 USD and getting some OpenAI stocks in return, while still making a profit from the sold chips. It's investment.

The biggest concern should be, how big is the debt in the AI world, who is the company that has the most and how profit can that company generate to pay up the debt in the future..

Because if OpenAI fails, it's not just their debt, it's also the debt of their customers, created to buy the service.

A good analogy would be saying that NVidia is a pickaxe company that sells the best pickaxe to gold miners who just discovered a new gold mine. Goldminers are going crazy speculating about the amount of gold they can extract from the mine and for that, they need the best pickaxes they can get.

Anyway, NVidia will do well. They do get the money to make the chips. No real money, no chips. Simple as that. Having said that, NVidia also has an interest in keeping demand high because it gives them room to speculate the value of their chips, and that allows tem to sell at a premium.

The promised "breakthrough" that I'm referring to is, the 10x or 100x in returns that AI promised. But we sure have seen a lot of layoffs...
November 23, 2025 at 4:43 PM
Inventory here is most likely chips waiting to be deployed. Data Centers need to be built first. While that is done, chips get made, computing nodes get built. When data centers are ready, chips get deployed. There's a huge risk around this and we have yet seen the promised "breakthrough".

My response to this is pretty obvious. Debt. And there's where the bubble is.

There's a massive private debt around AI, distributed through the different AI companies.

Someone is getting paid for sure, otherwise, the factories and offices wouldn't run, engineers wouldn't work, cleaning clerks wouldn't keep everything clean and no chips would be manufactured. I think the question you should be asking is, from where the money is coming from.

Btw, this has little to do with bitcoin itself. Bitcoin usually trails the behavior of tech stocks and what's happening is a lack of liquidity in the private market. So what happens when there's lack o money going around? Sellouts to get cash whenever it is.

Given that it once went to 20k, the down to 3k, then up to 60k, then down again, then up again to 120k and now down again....

I would say they feel themselves at a rollercoaster park.

November 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM
