In practice time burdens and system navigation knowledge requirements functionally weed out huge swaths of people entitled to government services and don't get them.
We need to be careful about assumptions around who get excluded - what barriers stop people are not always the ones you would assume.

Don't we want everyone to self censor at work? It is supposed to be a professional environment which means knowing what is appropriate to say.

Definitely true.
All the more reason she needs a very novel rhetoric to try to keep the seat. I think she feels compelled to make sure the message that she isn't like other Dems needs to break through. Leaning in on blue collar work and local rural pride is an interesting pitch.

Totally.

Only slowdowns I have seen are cars backed up at the terminal. This is because of an inappropriate culture cars waiting to pick people up for far too long in the arrival area and blocking lanes. Fix this through enforcement of wait times and better waiting areas instead! Way cheaper.
