How do I be honest to my family over text, like no I don’t want to go to lunch with you.. aunt who went to a family vacation I wasn’t invited to and then forgot about my birthday while on said vacation and texted me 5 days later??? I’ve gone through some shit this year so honestly idgaf now 🗣️

Got back in the pool today after 2 weeks off because of work and ✨ear issues✨ (which I didn’t have in my 11 years of competitively swimming but okay) anyways it’s such a weird feeling and it took me like at least 30 minutes to not feeling idk discombobulated if you will

I have such a passion for sharing new things with students, almost getting to re-experience my favorite things through their eyes and I find that beautiful. This past year has shaken me to my core and I’ve lost the enjoyment in my job. I am looking forward to hopefully reigniting that spark.

Thinking about that time I was using pepper leaves as basil because THEY LOOK SIMILAR and i thought it was basil…. It was not it was fucking pepper leaves and I found out way later by my wife being like where r the pepper leaves going and I had to say oh god… oh god it was me I was eating them
