This won’t be a one time displacement, but an ongoing one. What happened once in a lifetime or once in a decade will happen over and over again at a daily cadence. Examples of farmers of old etc are this misleading. Will humans be able to keep up with the constant need for complete retraining?

Considering how much of the global storage and compute capacity is controlled by US companies, one might need to start even more basic, with independent cloud infrastructure. Or even with the hardware.
