cause like obviously there are harmful stereotypes that prisoners are violent or inhuman or other etc but having tattoos isnt a stereotype its just something that happens. its not negative to have tattoos and most formerly incarcerated people i've known were proud of their tats

idk i just dont really see how thats an issue. i mean we literally see him crawl out of a pit after essentially being sent to hell and he gets more stereotypically rugged in appearance as a result. that is part of his character

so idk im not fully sold on the whump fest with the stillwater au. it feels like people have overcorrected with his characterization so much that people see him as genuinely weak and incompetent
