While criticisms against do-nothing Dems are valid, especially those that turn to transphobia to get the centre-right vote, this is not a good way to fight facism.

@ariellaelm.bsky.social Since you spoke about KOSA (Kids Online Safety Act) before, this is to let you know that a bill worse than KOSA could be in the works. There are fears it could gut Section 230, the bit that made the Internet immune to government censorship.
There’s an active fascist takeover going on. Let’s check in with the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary committee to see how they’re resisting it.

There is a difference between questioning the use of AI in the fight against slop and misinformation, and being a fucking Luddite! The Republicans won, and fighting each other will make it worse.
Yeah, the AI gave out misinformation and caused panic attacks, but there are bigger problems!
