Super lovely time, but i forgot my loops at home & had to use crummy foam earplugs. And ate didn't start till 10pm so I'm BEYOND exhausted.

but today I did it with my head tilted down & kept my head down for about 20 min after. Then gave a gentle blow into a tissue to expell any lingering that I didn't want to accidentally got down my throat.

However! I just went out to check on things & there are HUNDREDS of dead grubs in one of the flooded garden beds.
