Safeguards with LLM are flimsy at best. And even if they were absolute (they aren't), the underlying model can definitely do every horrible things we can think of, no doubt about that.
The question is what to do about it. Models will get into peoples hands over time. Models can do bad. What next?

No need for a guide. Just, find things without going too far, look around, and the in-game log should keep pointing you to new things if you're out of ideas.

That's because doing anything on that front would not directly line up their pocket with more money or power. That's the only reason the "think of the children" card gets used.
