The Treaty will provide a framework to help achieve global biodiversity targets, including the commitment to protect 30% of the ocean by 2030 through marine protected areas (MPAs), as well as obligations to assess the impacts of extractive activities like deep-sea mining and industrial fishing.4/5

We’ve filed a case against Nestlé Poland for misleading recycling claims on plastic water bottles.

Claims on bottles from one of its water brands including ‘I am recyclable’ and 'I am made from another bottle’ falsely portray plastic as circular & fully recyclable ⬇️
